PIP - Director, Baker and MUm

Pip was born in Reading, raised in Birmingham, and now lives with her husband, daughter, and several animals in Gloucester. She is not only the founder, but the baker, marketing, HR, publicity and is currently a team of one, with lovely friends and family who help sell scones along the way. If we are at an event, she will probably be there!

 "I believe in treating yourself and eating food that perhaps isn’t the healthiest, but is always GOOD food. Organic and vegan food is becoming more of a part of our lives, and supporting small local businesses is an important thing to hold onto. Our scones and products are always made using organic ingredients wherever possible and if not, then ones fairly-traded and or made locally. All our food and drink is vegetarian as standard, and I am trying to find vegan options as much as possible. I hope you see the passion I have for baking and thank you for your custom"

Beatrix -

Beatrix is our converted equestrian trailer. We can serve from the diagonal end, so by giving us a larger presence at an event or market, or we can serve out the smaller end hatch which might prove better in the autumn months, when its chillier!
